Racquel’s ongoing projects include the development of 54-Mixed-Income units at Unity Park, subdividing 4-Acres into 52 townhome lots, and managing over 20,000 square feet of commercial real estate.

Racquel graduated from Clemson University, where she studied English with an Emphasis on Writing + Publication Studies and Real Estate Development.

Racquel serves on the Board of Commissioners for The Greenville Housing Authority and operates Navigating Napkins, a food media company highlighting restaurants in Greenville, SC.
